Terms of Service

Welcome to ClikDone. By accessing or using our platform, API, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Account Terms

• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ClikDone cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

2. Payment & Subscriptions

• Free Trial & Promotion: We offer a 3-day free trial on all plans. Upon expiration of the 3-day trial, your first month of service will be billed at a promotional rate of $1.00. Standard billing rates apply for all subsequent months. You will not be charged if you cancel before the 3-day trial period ends.
• Billing: The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

3. API Usage & Limits

The ClikDone API is designed to facilitate agentic booking and data retrieval.

• You may not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access to ensure stability for all users.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Idaho. ClikDone Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Idaho shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
